In future, it will be possible to test the hygiene status of industrial and process water and surfaces quickly and cheaply, in situ, thanks to the newly developed quick test kit.

The quick test kit should primarily be used to monitor the hygiene status between laboratory tests, shown here at the Hohenstein Institute.
If the findings are positive, additional hygiene precautions can be taken immediately.
