The Membership of the Certification Association for Responsible Textile Service is open to commercial laundries of any size. Member organisations benefit from close collaboration with the International Textile Research Centre by HOHENSTEIN as scientific partner. There are extensive opportunities for members to widen their knowledge, primarily at training sessions, seminars and other professional development events, but also at the annual specialist conference. Members receive special concessions for all events.
Member organisations are also kept up to date via regular laundry news on current industry topics and an interesting newsletter service. You will benefit from shared, coordinated publicity.
The RAL Quality Certification Marks RAL-GZ 992/1, RAL-GZ 992/2, RAL-GZ 992/3 and RAL-GZ 992/4 are awarded to the commercial laundries on the basis of standardised quality and control specifications.
